[PCR-1000] packet output

Dale,

First off, Ken's description of the packet output is correct. Its the same 
as tapping the discriminator output on other scanners and could be used to 
drive a slicer for use by programs like TRUNKER or WinFlex. It does not 
serve any purpose though for normal audio listening.

Also, I prefer my line in connection as the mic in is amplified. In other 
words, I try to have as pure a signal from the source (antenna) to the 
computer software I'm using for decoding, etc.
