[PCR-1000] weather satellite help

Check your "Windoze" mixer panel by double clicking the speaker in the tool 
bar...make sure all card inputs are activated (not muted) and you have the 
appropriate outputs activated...you should be able to hear the audio output 
on speakers plugged into the soundcard...
