[PCR-1000] PCR 1000 control program

Somewhere in Satscape (never used it) you'll have to enter the frequency 
information for each satellite you wish to use with frequency control.

I believe (it's been a while...) that can you manually enter a freq. in 
WispDDE, and force an update to the radio.

Actually, I helped debug the software with the author (for the Kenwood 
TS-790A) a while back, so I know you used to be able to force a frequency 
update to the radios...I can't imagine that feature has been removed.

Keep with it, browse all the menus on both programs, and experiment--you'll 
get it :)

It's normal for the audio level/signal to "get lost in the noise" so to 
speak when comparing USB/CW (narrow band) to the FM (wider).  It's just a 
reminder of how much signal you'll actually need on 50kHz/FM to get good 
weather pictures!
