  I have no idea how current these versions are.  The dates on them are
from 1999 and 2001 when I stumbled across them and save a copy.

  Of the two, SpectrumGM has fewer bugs.  If anybody has later versions
of those programs I suspect there would be more than a few people on this
list interested, including myself.

  Note: my site is hosted over a dialup link so don't be surprised of the
file transfer is "slow".
