Simple...

Registered means you have paid the license fee and have received a 'license
key'.  Once you 'install' the license key, you will no longer see the
reminder pop-ups about registering the product.

On another note:... PLEASE remember to 'trim' the message for your reply.
You should delete all of the previous portion except that needed to show
what you are replying to.   Constantly replying with the accumulation of
previous attached messages wastes a lot of space on the qth servers.
