[PCR-1000] TalkPCR

Not sure about TalkPCR, but several of the programs require you to press a 
software "button" to turn the unit "ON" before anything works...It might be 
as simple as that, or the wrong com port in the setup.

You don't need an external speaker for the demo to work.
