[PCR-1000] talkpcr expert/country setting

Thanks to all those folks that replied to my question.  I decided at the 
risk of messing up my eeprom
i would "just do it" with talkpcr, even though i really didn't know the 
procedure.  anyway....
i got lucky and figured it out without screwing  the eprom up!  if 
anyone out there is new to talkpcr
and wants to know the incredibly simple process feel free to post and 
i'll tell you what i found out!
