[PCR-1000] frequency list files idea and talkPCR questions

Another alternative is a free web site on www.qsl.net (the hoster of this
list).

It's not as easy as just posting a file to yahoo, as you need to maintain a
web site and create links to the files... but you do retain more 'privacy'
here... qsl will not sell the mailing list.
