The Icom site lets you search their data base of FCC licenses and output in
ICOM's PCR-1000 format (.mch files).  The TalkPCR software can then import
the *.mch files.

Note: I don't know how often Icom updates their data base...

One nice thing about ICOM's search is that it lets you search a radius
around a zip code.  It works well assuming the licensee used the correct
lat/lon in their license application.

Quite a few of the lat/lon in the license application are wrong.  The
applicant used the wrong one and the FCC relies only on the frequency
coordinator to insure they are correct.  Many users that do find their
lat/lon are wrong and try to correct it, find themselves forced to undergo
another round of frequency coordination - so their license consultant
usually recommend that they not try to correct it.
