[PCR-1000] frequency list files idea and talkPCR questions

Welll, the suggestion of email posts being put there now on was in ref
to helping to free space on the qth.net server, as they have made recent
comments about the high cost of hosting, space, maint. Etc. JUST a
suggestion...

Someone could STILL set up a Yahoo! Group, and post no messages, allow
unlimited member access, and all could jump on, d/l or u/l files,
without risk. (Sure, you will likely want to create a new yahoo! Mail
name, '[email protected]' or something, but that's no big deal.)

Why in the world would we want to change from a perfectly usable
mailing list to switch to Yahoo and have our privacy sold to the highest
bidder?
