[PCR-1000] frequency list files

Under the channels pull down, there is a import option.
It seems to me after you do the import. You then have to save the converted
file out.
This way, You don't have to convert each time.

so talkpcr will just import the mch file and recognize it?  or is there
a separate conversion program?
