I'm not sure if you get these trports but take a look at Note 1....NOAA 9 
does interfere with my reception frequently....

THIS WEEK'S POSSIBLE EVENTS.
None expected.

NOTES.

1.  NOAA 9 was permanently deactivated some years ago and is tumbling
freely.  Unfortunately it has a sporadic carrier on 137.500 (varies quickly
according to orientation) and can cause interference to NOAA 12 and
NOAA 15.

2.  NOAA 16's APT transmission system failed a few months after launch.

3. The ascending portion of Meteor 3-5's orbit is precessing into better
illumination and under normal circumstances I would expect it to be back on
towards the end of February.  Missing 'Orbit' messages have made the
assessment more difficult.  Watch this space.
