[PCR-1000] good full coverage antenna

I have the same discone (forgot the exact model name), and have
measured at most 10dB of gain difference between it and my sloping
dipole for the 2mhz-30mhz range.  What I find intriguing, though, is
the discone works better receiving everything _below_ 500khz.  The
dipole isn't tuned at all, since it's only used for RX, so this may be the
reason, but I was really surprised to see it get beat for LF/VLF RX by
a _discone_ :)
