[PCR-1000] Sure the list is still working :)

I tried without luck to setup Satune although I would like to use it. No 
matter what I did it would "quit" even after rebooting and after 
powering the PCR1000 off and back on.

I'm sort of cheating with TalkPCR as it just keeps scanning the 3 birds 
I have had luck with. I found by setting the squelch high enough I don't 
get any banding at the top and bottom.
