[PCR-1000] New USB/Serial adapter

First, you can get the IOGEAR USB adapter from http://www.cyberguys.com/
for probably cheaper than Best Buy; that's where I got mine.  I can
also echo the comment that "It just works."

Second, the accuracy of a 1PPS signal via a USB connected serial 
adapter is also likely to vary based upon the USB host adapter in 
your PeeCee.  USB is a master/peripheral based system, and input from
a device on the USB bus must be polled by the host adapter.  Depending
one how many other devices are on the bus that need to be polled and
how the USB host adapter (and driver) schedules the work, there could
be considerable variation.   Of course, if you only care about the
time being within a few hundred milliseconds of the correct time, it's
probably close enough.
