Icom's web site (under 'Receivers') also includes a pretty good search /
extract function. The output is in the specific format for each Icom model,
but the files are in text and human-readable... You could search by freq
range and/or a specific radius of a zip code.
Last few times I used this for my PCR1K, the list seemed rather up to date -
included a new frequency my town had just licensed within the past 6 months.
Another more detailed method is to use the FCC's ULS system. It will take a
lot more work, but the data will be more up to date.
