[PCR-1000] GNPDB tuning the PCR-1000

I contacted the author of the GNPDB program and he states there is an=20
application called rx control that allows his freq database program to tune=20
the PCR-1000 automatically. I downloaded it but couldnt figure out the=20
settings in the ini file to get it to tune the PCR has anyone used this=20
program successfully for this purpose?

but thinking about getting one with utility and other freq's and radio=20
