Yes and they also have an library to make plugins. xrs.winradio.com this is 
for the hardcore people who are using C, C++ and or Pascal ie Delphi

Yes this is one of the reasons i didn't buy PCR1000, i dont like the GUI 
and my radio needs are to make my own interfaces and functions. Reverse 
enginering is one way to solve the trouble but they should made this 
public. I think WinRadio has some advantage with this politic.

Yes and even when they say that the radio is going from 150kHz-1.3GHz the 
radio is actualy going up to 1.6GHz but not 100% accurate on the frequency 
above 1.3GHz

And i love to get an winradio or ICOM for 0-2GHz. Maybe one of the companys 
can make a tranceiver :o)
