[PCR-1000] Trunk Tracking PCR-1000 v0.5.40 Beta Now Available...

I am using WIN-XP-Pro.
Program installs ok.
But it will not run: it stops with an error message 'comm port error' before
opening the program.
PCR-1000 connected to COM-2
