I don't think so. I just installed this as a test, and it fails with an
exception until you eidt the "pcr1000.ini" file and change the
"toolbarshow=1" to read "toolbarshow=0" and save the file. Then it works OK.
This is WinXP Professional with all the latest mods on. I have never tried
to use the ICOM software before now. I prefer TalkPCR.
