[PCR-1000] Windows WP home

Try looking on Microsoft's website for the latest versions of the Visual
Basic runtime libraries. They are DLL files that start with VB. I think that
the PCR software is written in VB4, 16-bit, which the file would be
VB40016.DLL. You probably have a piece of software installed that requires a
VB Runtime DLL that is the same name, but not the same version, as the one
required for the Icom software.

Sorry, it doesn't do a thing for the crappy operating system running on a
Sony, I have tried everything that has been suggested and whatever stupid
thing that AMD does with the Athlon processor is different than what Intel
does with the P IV hence, what works on one will not necessarily fix it
with the other type processor running the awful XP operating system.
