[PCR-1000] Windows XP home

Hi Everett,

You might want to find a cheapo Win-95 system (flea market ones as low as
$50) to run a lot of the radio-ware - including your Icom's.

I still have a 200mHz, Win'95(not OSR2), 64mb system that I got new in 1997
that runs tons of radio apps, antenna analyzers, dsp programs, sat tracking,
rotor turning/radio tuning, and antenna design, tuner design, and
scanner/radio control software.  It may be a compu-relic but it's proven to
be worth its weight in QSL cards to me.
