Hostile to Icom ? Whatever for ? <grin>....

Hopefully this would wake them up to real-time, unabashed, no-holds-barred
spontaneous input instead of the 'few times a year' tradeshow booths. I've
heard that input from their dealers that's critical of anything Icom does
(even if it's 'constructive' criticism) is met with disdain by Icom
corporate. In Japan, it's generally unacceptable to criticize your
'superiors' <grin>..
-----------------------------------------
In Europe, however, ... it's best said by this quote from a long time ham:

"Wer aufhoert, besser zu werden, der hoert bald auf gut zu sein."
        Gerhard Schurr DH2SAA

Translated into English:
"If you stop trying to be better, soon you will stop being good."
------------------------------------------

I would guess that a few of the IcomAmerica and IcomUK folks ARE at least
lurkers here and on the ICOM reflector. A lot of the Icom folks are Hams
and I've seen a few I recognized on other sites such as e-Ham.

OT: Mainframe company ? Are you referring to IBM, the champion of 'FUD'
(Fear, Uncertainty, & Doubt). Or Unisys, the champion of: "our customers
are stupid". Or Honeywell: "They're customers for god's sake, what do they
know?".
