[PCR-1000] Toy PCR

Ted:
for the trunking issue, instead of adding an other unit in the shack why
don't you use one scanner as the data scanner (with hamcom interface
connected to the discriminator output) and the PCR1000 as voice scanner.
(Trunker 3.8.3 will tune it)
