[PCR-1000] Win XP and Icom Software

Jim,

Well finally installed Icomcontrol, and all seems to work extremely 
well, except for the S-Meter.  I am getting no reading on it.  I don't 
know what causes this.  I currently have a discone (30-1300 mhz range) 
connected to the receiver, and it's picking up SW on the lower 
bands......amazing!  I don't recall being able to do THAT before!
