Yes, the DSP works on the Icom software, but they don't support it 
fully.  The noise level reduction is set via the .ini file, instead of a 
knob or slider, like it should be.  That's terrible programming as the 
NR filter can be adjusted at will.  The only software I've seen that 
does this is Scancat Gold.  There may be some others that do it, but I 
haven't tried them yet.  The Icom software instead of having 3 buttons 
and one dial, should have 3 buttons and 2 dials, which it doesn't.

I haven't used TalkPCR that much to know how to control the DSP out of 
it.  I am just now working with it to see if I'd like to purchase it. 
 It seems like a good program all around.  A little tougher to get used 
to than the Scancat software or Icom's, but it has a few more features 
than both of them.
