[PCR-1000] Win XP and Icom Software

I have the DSP and it works fine with both the regular Icon software and
TalkPCR.
It has always worked fine so I am kind of suprised to see this thread.
I haven't used the Icom software in a couple of years, but TalkPCRs DSP
support has worked fine for me through Win98. NT, 2000 and XP.
