[PCR-1000] a real knob for tuning the PCR-1000

this is from a developer at griffin technology, which puts out a very nice 
optically encoded knob w/USB interface that may interest other PCR-1000 
users.  i already sent him my input, along with links to various radio 
control programs to test.  he is also looking for your input.  i have one 
of these knobs, and for about $40 it has the potential to be a very nice 
"analog" tuning interface if they get the windows software for it right.
