[PCR-1000] Check out ICOM PCR EPROM-Problems

Hello ALL
Be careful this program may not work under windows 2000 pro, I tried it and
had to do a
cold boot you the big red button I lost control of w2k i.e. ctrl alt del and
task manager would not
stop the process.
