[PCR-1000] Support Availability

There is an other point to bear in mind.

It is important for customers to know that a company will support old 
products, even if, only to continue to keep them functioning per 
original specifications.

How would you feel about your choice of auto maker if they did not 
support last/previous years products?

Old products are often not upgraded to "new" features/functions, 
systems, etc., but support availability is relevant in my opinion.

Nuf said, I wish that everyonne has good results with whatever they 
buy.
