[PCR-1000] re:pcr-1000

Hi all,

One trick I used to get the v 1.31 icom software to work on my xp
machine was to go to: IC-PCR1000: right click > properties >
compatibility and then set the compatibility mode to w95.

Worked for me.

Yes, but it should be a clean install of XP not upgrade over say W98 or
