[PCR-1000] A new Pcr 1000 Control Program

Downloaded and installed your program.  I like the GUI for it.  It was kind
of hard to install using winzip.  Had to move all of the zip files into one
folder and extract to that folder to get it to install.  The first disk
didn't want to seem to extract at all.  I will be playing with it more and
more as the day goes on.  Just got a watson filter from the UK in the mail
yesterday.  Will give me a chance to try that out too.
