Hi Nico,

Great idea. Like all great ides in corporate life: ".. your idea is
great.... tag you're it..."

Some suggestions:

1) Put the Serial number FIRST in the subject line, followed by the program
used.  I.e.;         03760 - BackPcr
The leading zero, would be needed to get the alpha/numeric sort of the email
handler to work correctly.  This would make it easy to sort the mail by
serial number / program.

2) Cut and paste the EEPROM printout into the email.  Most reflector lists
(like this one) strip off any attachments as an anti-virus protection.  The
backup programs output a text format file with the beginning address at the
start of each output line.

3) Set the posting email address of the reflector list, in your email
client's address book, to "SEND PLAIN TEXT".  Both Microsoft Outlook and
Outlook Express have this capability.  The qth list handler strips out any
html formatting, sometimes obliterating the message.
