[PCR-1000] Regarding Talk PCR

I just got TalkPCR running on my older 100Mhz Compaq
laptop, but it took a small amount of effort - update COMCTL32.DLL

Fortunately, there is a program available from Microsoft which
will update this file automatically, just run it: 50COMUPD.EXE

I must say, however, that I am quite impressed, so far, with
this program.  A very, very nice application with many features.

Now to figure out a way to import all of my frequency files.
