[PCR-1000] Talk PCR

I use TALKPCR since it blows away the ICOM program and those costing many times more and pete is great for responding to questions and implementing user suggestions in upgrades.

However I did have my EEPROM loose the settings and thankfully I had backed it up. At the same time my friend also lost his but he hadnt yet backed his up and he had to send it back to ICOM (but they didnt charge him because he had just bought it a few months before). 

Since then I have not had any more problems.

The backup feature is so easy to use and to restore settings and anbody with a PCR-1000 should use it.
