[PCR-1000] PCR-1000 Scanning with Win 95 Laptop

Hello Brian,

Yes I have the same problem with my Compaq.  As it happens the problem
did not start until after I had installed Internet Explorer.  After
that the problem has been there and I have not found an answer for it.
The only one I can think of is to start over and clean the drive and
start from stratch.  That is something I do not plan to do as it would
be a real pain.
