Go to www.ilgradio.com for a frequency database for broadcast stations.
Uploading to the Palm I don't know about but at least that'll give you a
list you can manipulate and filter in Excel to extract records of
interest.

The section of the WRTV guide that lists all
English language broadcast schedules, sorted
by UTC time, would be great, if someone has
already compiled such a list ..
