[PCR-1000] using the PCR1000 with palm devices:

I recently purchased the Handera 330 PDA,
which runs the Palm operating system.. 

I also downloaded the "PCRpilot" software,
which allows the pcr1000 to be used with
palm-type PDA's .. 

My one question is whether a null-cable,
or DB9 null adaptor is needed between
the "socket series" I/O adaptor and the
receiver.. 

Anyone else do this ?? 

I'm using the Palm 3.5.3 operating version,
and the Socket, 8010-00075-B serial adapter.
