[PCR-1000] Bandscope anomaly?

As seen in this screenshot
(http://home.earthlink.net/~crab453/PCR1K.jpg) there's a bar in the
bandscope that is slightly raised. No matter what channel I am on, that
particular bar is slightly elevated. Is this normal? What could be
causing it?
