[PCR-1000] PCR-1000 Techical Manual & Reprogramming Details?

I've recently had a HD failure, and lost the Technical Service Manual 
for my PCR-1000.  I would be grateful if some one could let me have the
URL for this document, which I got from a website some years ago.

I am also interested in saving the contents of PCR's internal software,
just in case it gets corrupted.  I can't remember whether the  procedure
for saving and reprogramming were in the manual, or in another document.

Any help would be appreciated.
