[PCR-1000] Radio Construction Kit

As I recall, I once owned a used Kenwood TS-50 and there was 
a software package by Kenwood called HamWindows with it, I think.
This program had a feature called Radio Construction System similar 
to what you describe.

The program was quite slow at the time because it ran as an 
interpreted ToolBook program, as best as I can recall.
