[PCR-1000] Need help with XLS to FQL

I have an Excel 5.0 spreadsheet with all the Milsat frequencies on it. Could 
someone help me to convert this spreadsheet (443 lines) to an FQL file? If 
anyone wants the file for themselves.....it's attached.
