[PCR-1000] PCR1000 Wxsat Reception

Hello Roger,

Those instructions were <very> good!
Unfortunately, I must still be doing something incorrectly. I pick up
the sats just fine. I can get WXSAT to react, but all I get
(regardless of where I place the volume control) is either a white
background with black dots or a black background w/ white dots. (looks
like a TV channel after hours)
I notice that the setup defaults to "AM+PLL+Coh.Det." I assume this is
correct for NOAA and NOAA VIS (what's the diff. between them????)
I am using PACKET, NBFM, 50K, TalkPcr....

  Any suggestions?
