[PCR-1000] PCR1K and ALE

Well, you could always download Charles Brain's program and have it run
off of the audio port, and at the same time set the PCR-1000 to scan
through known ALE channels with a channel persistence of 10-20 seconds
or so.  Although it isn't a pretty solution it would get a fair number
of hits I believe.  Since Mr. Brain doesn't wish to release the source
code to his ALE decoder there isn't much anyone else can do about it.
