[PCR-1000] Weather Fax try it!!

Well I went to that site and downloaded Wxsat and within about two hours
I almost had a picture I could tell was something. I think the main
problem is that I am looking at images which are taken at night. I will
let the thing run for a day or two and see what comes up.
I must say that I am amazed by the signal quality I get out of the
pcr-1000. The signal is not that strong...No pre amp and just using a
discone. But the audio quality is great...and I guess that is what
counts.
I tracked the sats using J track at

There is a lot of info there.
You guys should try this it is very cool and easy.
BTW I am near LAX.
