[PCR-1000] qtpcr question/bug/my ignorance?

I was wondering how many people on the ML are using qtpcr, 
and if you've run into a situation where a list of freqs in the 
"monitor" window can be scanned, but the radio (or software) 
doesn't stop for the set time when an active channel is found.

This might be a result of my ignorance with the software, but I 
tried increasing the amount of time associated with the active 
channel and nothing happened....I tried between 5000msec and 
30000msec (!), but the scanner would scan right over active 
frequencies.  This isn't a problem with the  squelch, even if it's 
turned down quite a bit the scanner doesn't stop.

Any info would be appreciated!
