[PCR-1000] pathetic PCR1000 servicing from Icom

I'm sorry everyone is having problems with them.

If Patrick Masottas program is available, I know that his program can load
some default values into a PCR-1000.  That function was used for those who
had EEPROM corruption, but didn't have a backup of their EEPROM.  That COULD
eliminate a trip to the ICOM service center.

Listowner-is there a way to upload files on the QTH server?
