[PCR-1000] List Admin; reply-to

  I much prefer the configuration of reply-to: List!

  I think that it is sometimes overlooked, that not all of us use the
standard Micr$ 'products', and thus can't drag 'n drop so easily.

  I am using Pine under Unix on a shell account, ASCII-only, no graphics,
no java, no flash, active-x... no worms, virii... anyway... to reply to
this list, I have to bring up a new message and start from scratch,
including the Subject: line. It's faintly irritating, and it's the only
one of the 15 lists I belong to that is so configured. On a couple of the
other lists, the 'reply-to: Originator' config has been voted down very
decisively.


  Just my $.02!!  YMMV...
