[PCR-1000] list setup sucks (was best antenna)

OK, good points, but why should you have to hit "reply to all" and then go
back and delete all the individual addresses off the address list in order
to send a message just to the list when the whole point is to communicate
via the list. I mean sending to the list should be the priority not sending
privately, that's why you join the list
