[PCR-1000] list setup sucks (was best antenna)

I believe the list is set up right.
Many times I see a post that I want to reply to sender and not the list. I
hit reply and the message ends up in his inbox immediately. If I want
everyone to see it REPLY TO ALL goes to the sender and the list.
Think about those who only get the digest of messages.
